Thanks but the problem isn't so much finding and identifying the issues as it is having someone who has the ability to fix them.
Their latest issue appears to be a server or DNS issue but what it has highlighted to me is that they don't have monitoring or disaster recovery plan in place for their sites. Nor do they have development environments which is extremely risky because you should NEVER develop directly on a production server because it results in issues like this - the main site being down resulting in loss of traffic/sales while some poor bastard scrambles around trying to work out what he has done in the first place to work out what to do next in order to fix it.
Sigh...Going back to my corner now.
