The only thing (to my knowledge) that kills both bacteria and viruses is Alcohol (and in significantly higher concentration for a virus). ZNOs product may disrupt bacteria as it does a virus but again, only when it's dry and only on dry surfaces. It's not the same.

Why would SKN strike a partnership with HCT to put HCTs product info their own if they were confident it would kill a virus?
