Cheers, interesting topic. Yes seems dependent on source of literature for the amount of conversion of one type of K2 to another (the carbon chain length after the main napthaquinone group), as well as the conversion of the more different K1 to K2, many factors, yet to recheck.
Thinking liver pate is the choice, but higher quantity than original post, or same but in conjunction with other sources.
Seems half life in body is only couple hours, (shorter K2 (4), as well as K1 of sprouts). Not sure what the K1 product is if/when it changes, could have bearing on its conversion efficiency to K2, question of more reading, much on web is glossed.
The chem does look oil soluble, ie water insoluble.
