Great news Hawley, by my calculations EBITDA for the biodiesel production at Singapore would be slightly negative at present so any drop in feedstock prices would present some decent profit upside. In the meantime they can make a profit just on pharmaceutical grade glycerine on it's own.
Hopefully the jatrophia oil off-take arrangement proceeds as that secures feedstock at US$500 at which price the production of biodiesel would be profitable. According to the October 16 announcement an agreement was supposed to have been finalised by the end of October but I've seen no announcement about this as yet.
If only this announcement had come out next week, I bit the bullet and put an order in to double my shareholding but the price went the wrong way.
