NWE has a responsibility to tell all shareholders what is going on, and if there is good news they should publish it. They can't let peoples opinions on HC dictate whether they make an announcement to market or not.

The company has a responsibility to shareholders not only to manage the project, but the sentiment of the market where possible. By that I mean, timely and correct information as well as accurate schedule to the market will go along way in restoring the trust of the shareholders.
