imo Natural Gas price sitting around $6 a present demand is getting greater remmber i said this Natural gas will hit $12 over the next 6-8 months. Early 2000s it had a high of $14. EXR timing with program for 2022 is just perfect and brilliant. Queensland gas was T/O in that period of record high Natural Gas prices.
