Good post, but putting the Chinese deal in perspective, what isn't realised by many is that when an Australian (or other similar) research company has a problem they might throw 1 or 2 PhDs' at it. China throws 100 or 200 PhDs' at it plus their government assists them while ours (and others) seem to want to put as many impediments as possible in the path of any development. The Chinese obviously see the positive aspect of this science and the potential or they wouldn't bother. As China has a very high rate of pancreatic cancer it seems fitting that they would investigate a process that has demonstrated success.
