Your posts shouldn't be attacked by others seeing you are new to HC and must have missed these debates and informed posts regarding the aquifer exemption application .
Nothing is ever a certain when it comes to these matters and basically this is where the risk reward comes into play. I have every faith in the management that all t's are crossed an i's are dotted thats why I hold. They have alot more to loose than us if things go wrong.
The application has been submitted and it is now for the powers that be to decide weather or not it is sufficent. We here on hotcopper can play out endless scenarios as what might happen (informed or ill-informed).
The real question is can you afford to be out if it is granted??
