    PEN has spent last three years and millions of dollar carrying out Aquifer Tests at the sites. Based on all that an Aquifer Exemption Application was submitted.


    Any how thanks for wonderful work for enhancing people knowledge.

    Remember 100's of Aquifer applications are submitted each year. So far I have not come across any one who submitted Aquifer Exemption application after all tests and got refusal
