Mmm thanks for the advice PW. I can see what your saying but for me personally, I've been so long without a real job, I think I'm am beyond redemption. I disagree a bit with the idea you can't blame others for investing losses. Mostly its true and its certainly dangerous to blame manipulation for your losses. However, directors have an obligation to provide accurate information on which to base your investment decision. In this instance a number of things were not accurate. The group structure was presented in a misleading way. The resource numbers given were over stated. The margins indicated were inaccurate and implausible. A number of deals announced for financing and assets sales never happened without adequate communication or, eventually, explanation. I can understand why people complain about that. It is frustrating to see directors get away with it, apparently due to a lax regulatory regime in Australia.
