Wrong decisions by management are the cause of decline in SP. Who asked them to do consolidation. What investors they got after consolidation.

Shareholders got sucked in by wrong information and as it is very difficult to book loss, we kept on holding in the hope that one day it will turn around.

We don't need lessions from anyone. Many people can preach now that we are at fault as we didn't sell earlier and booked less loss.

But end of the day it is management who should be blamed, poor decisions, delay in projects, wrong reporting etc etc...
