They have large market share in some territories . This is not a one trick China based story. They have big distribution network in SE Asia. The holy grail is China (albeit they are selling through digital and cross border channels like the others but revenues are growing exponentially outside of China).
In term of SAMR they are very close but I personally think it’s 12-18 months away atleast looking at the bigger players. After Bellamy’s they will be amongst 2-3 organic suppliers to Asia and they are among only 15 Australian manufacturers that are CFDA approved . They own whole supply chain which will make them a suitable acquisition down the track.
They have their own brand that is tracking well but they also manufacture for 2 large brands that are gaining traction in Asia .
I will wait share more details in coming months but certainly one to keep an eye out for.
Key will be the valuation at ipo . I hope they will be sensible with it and not work on the hype in this sector to price it astronomically.
