I can tell you, as someone who visits China regularly, the demand for Aussie milk products and other Aussie organic 'stuff' is astronomical. Every time we go back my wifes friends and family are asking for milk powders, honeys, you name it. The demand is big and the market is even bigger. You could have a 1000 milk powder producers in Australia and they'd probably still struggle to satisfy the Chinese market.
