Nature One have acquired another milk and dairy manufacturer. FY21 revenue will be around $65m with the new business, which is more then BUB and they have a $450m market cap. The business they acquired can now use Nature One’s export license to target the Chinese market, where they were previously restricted, as they could not obtain the license. IPO will be around $150m market cap, so it’s going to fly. Also, Ord Minnet are the lead manager and they only deal with big companies and blue chips, so they’ll build this in to a billion dollar company with many more acquisitions.
