Nature One has signed a legally binding acquisition to acquire Nepean River Dairy.
Nature One calling an EGM in mid August for shareholders to approve the acquisition, once that occurs the shares for Nature One to Nepean River shareholders will be issued at end of August.
As soon as that happens they can log the prospectus, i envisage an early October IPO.
