While In Arbitration it will not be possible for them to cancel anything so at the least nothing changes till settled...

Further if GML currently have the rights and have had for a number of years....then they also have the right to continue...

The other point also is if no licence can be issued 100 ppm then under those circumstances nobody else would be able to have a licence either...

We are talking about potentially the largest Rare Earth Deposit in the world....with huge ptential for Greenland.......

Clearly the Government has a long history of lack of Openness and transparency with community involvement and participation particular the last set of Public hearings (especially when the subject involved Uranium) where it was closed off to Danish experts etc as highlighted in the 2022 Annual Report and became politicised...Depriving GML of an impartial hearing Including the Ban on the Kvanefjeld Benefits and issues during the election,,,,,

As far as hearings in Greenland:
The Greenland legal system is totally inadequate and unqualified to hold Arbitration with regard to Mineral resources and Uranium and that is jurisdiction is Denmark...
