Re arbitration. Can’t see it being halted in Denmark and moved to Greenland based on my research - no legal reason, but I can see all the parties agreeing to non-disclosure. So if we don’t hear anything until the ruling (months away) I’m good with that. An agreement between parties, halting the arbitration proceedings in mid stride is also a (remote) possibility. Others may use the lack of info to imply all sorts of things. No big deal.

Once Sweden and Finland join NATO, 7/8 Arctic countries are bound by the same defence and security pact v’s Russia. Then,I think, we’ll see some policy changes in/ about/around the Arctic.

In our experience Arbitration clauses only take effect when BOTH parties good faith negotiations have been exhausted. Maybe the GOG is fulfilling their part of that atm and that is why we are not gearing anything.
