just found some further information on twitter, BEN seems to be saying it opened up for "altruistic" reasons and can avoid risks of dirty money being processed, so I am now wondering why Westpac has new concerns, am amazed that I missed this the last few days while I admired the price action on the stock, tis a weird freaking world! changing my sentiment from hold to none till I learn more...
