I reckon the banks, not just the dentists would also like to see more than $1 Mil in the bank.
Under their 15% placement capacity they could easily raise another million quickly without too much dilution. This would give bankers, dentists and investors a bit more confidence going forward.
Given the co has already stated that both Jan and Feb trading has been below expectation I think a cap raise is inevitable and indeed prudent.
