    The IIF Half Year Review is due to be released late Feb 09.

    I predict the Net Asset Value per unit will be around $1.39 (down from $2.09 in 30 June 08).

    Happy to share the methodology if anyones interested.

    The market seems to have priced in a figure below this so if I'm right we could expect a rally. On the other hand, its the NAV per unit in 12 months that the market will care more about.

    Anyone else want to make a prediction?
