    CBRE's have published a market review with prime yields in inner west Sydney changing from 7.0% in June 08 to 7.75 - 8.25% at the end of 2008. (see link below)

    Any idea what Yield 38 Birnie Avenue, Lidcombe sold on and if it's considered prime grade?
