I would be very interested in seeing your workings.
Fundamentals would suggest that the market has not moved all that much with IIFs leased premises do to the consistent income and value on a return basis. 25% asset markdown would be brutal and IMO unfair (But since when has that got anything to do with it)
Notwithstanding this, someone told me the other day there are two kinds of people that make predictions in this market.
1. Those who don't know 2. Those who don't know that they don't know
