    NewPeak and the company with previous names have lost numerous projects and funds invested therein.
    There is lack of information how the projects would disappear

    Some real events have been recoded in a US court decision.

    Similar failures may have happened with other disapparing projects and may be on going with the Argentinian number 1 project Las Openas

    Navaho Gold/DarkHorse did not pay 2014 Genesis Gold according to the contract, lost in court and was in danger of compensation judgement by a US jury. The company under the name Dark Horse gave up all US rights even to numerous tenements not disputed.
    This is repeating behaviour /pattern, One may wonder if it is incompetence or if there would a party getting benefit from the release of the rights.
