Notification of Legal Dispute
The Board of Directors Navaho Gold Limited (ASX:NVG) advise of the receipt of a legal claim against
US subsidiary company CED Gold LLC by Genesis Gold Corporation in the state of Nevada, USA
arising out of an option agreement entered into in respect of the Carlin East Project.

The legal dispute centres on the legal framework of the ownership of the Carlin East Project, and the
financial commitments associated therewith. As previously advised to the market, Navaho Gold and
Genesis Gold have been negotiating on these matters for some months.

The Directors of Navaho Gold believe there are good grounds for CED to contest this action and
advise that CED intends to vigorously defend the legal claim, and will keep the market informed of
developments as required.
