    And Genesis had no longer duty under the Option Agreement.

    There appears to be no explanation why other US projects were given up without
    any payments even with other partners than Genesis.

    Apparently millions were invested in US projects and these were lost.

    This pattern repeated with coal and lithium investments and
    apparently the gold investments in Argentina are vanishing now.
    The risks of the contracts and projects are not disclosed and opporturnities
    are highlighted until the projects are terminated,

    The notion of reserving the rights for Las Openas by NewPeak is not as vigorous as the US statement 2015.
    The counterpart is Argentinian daughter company of the same Genesis against which
    Dark Horse (Navaho, now NewPeak) lost its US court case,
