Hi bazza d2, have you any idea how many posts 10 mods (?) would have to scrutinize each in a day?

I appreciate your point - sincerely. I think they get it right nearly all of the time, FML included.

The mods need that TOU button to receive alerts on breaches of law or alleged breaches and other unruly conduct by a public that is free to post what they like - initially at least. Then the mods have to clean it up to protect the sites AFSL - that is a serious legal requirement not a game or opinion.

I have seen a lot of awful posts that get by due to lack of time. Robust discussion, differing views and even some mild insults can be OK IMO at times - I agree with you there.

Stumpy saw a problem and did the right thing IMO and as backed up by the judgement (probably correctly) by a moderator. I think he did the right thing.
