Nav's Leonora resource big prize for Kin

In normal times a small gold explorer like Kin would'nt have much chance of taking over the proven resources in the Leonora region of Nav. But in these difficult times for goldies, and Nav's failure with the Bronzewing experiment, the opportunity for Kin to grow rapidly and possibly be a producer in a short time, is exciting for the shareholders in this tightly held explorer.

If the funds can be found in the next few weeks, Kin will take a giant leap forward. There is a risk - if the effort falls short of about the $3m (incl expenses) needed to complete the deal, Kin will lose the $200,000 deposit already paid.

But that's a small risk when the potential reward is so great.

The 1 for 1 share offer at 15c is a great deal for existing shareholders - they have first refusal at maintaining their equity. It will be a stretch for some. Several shareholders have large stakes, and might not be able to stump up all their share. That will present a chance for a significant new investor to take up some of the shortfall.

This shareholder will be taking up his rights, and applying for shortfall shares. These opportunities only come along once in a while.
