Hi I have had it explained to me ( From a person working on the system) Its like pulling up the steel railroad tracks that will last for maybe another 70 years without replacement and replacing them with some very thin nickel tracks ( They are smoother and faster ) but will need constant replacement and repairs over a much shorter life . 50 Plus Billion dollars costing at the moment without the expected overuns DYOR Cheers Towie
