The only way it will achieve a 100% take up is if the government does it's normal trick and makes the other methods illegal
As for cheaper, it appears that it will cost me about 40% more than my current turbo system. I also do not use all the download size that I have now so I don't need any more
There are going to be an embarrassing large number of idiots turning it down, with only a 25% take-up rate at the moment
When my current system is forced out of business in a few years I will go to the fast improving wireless
