Did you read the article Glug? Quigley has provided updates only last year which have fallen woefully short.
The excuse that the Telstra deal held them up is crap since Telstra have already outlined to the Senate committee that they had an early interim agreement with NBN which allowed access.
The simple fact is that despite, well because of, the NBN having hundreds of employees earning more than $200,000 pa on their books they were incapable, and still are, of managing this project.
So basically, you have no facts otherwise you would bring them out.
