    The Corporate plan stated quite clearly in the KEY assumptions (Don't like that word do you CW - Key) that all the dates were dependent on the FINALISATION of the TLS definitive agreement and that all plans were from that date (assuming all other KEY assumptions were met). Oh and the ACCC mandating 120 POI's (instead of the Key assumption of 4)sets the plan back a bit too but it's only a big deal if you are sitting there wanting to nit-pick minor issues to score political points.

    Honestly, have any of you guys ever written a plan with Key assumptions before?

    And you should also note that the delay (due to the TLS deal) saved NBNCO billions of dollars which Kevin Morgan has conveniently neglected to mention. The guy has been against the NBN from day one and he mad a fool of himself trying to defend his styance in a debate with Tony Windsor on radio many months ago.
