There are very few players that have put the planning into a launch that Newsat have, Optus said 3 years from go-ahead, the NBN want's this year (LOL) the bottom line is Newsat is in the money on this.

Don't be surprised to see a heads of agreement between the NBN and Newsat soon because now the NBN have shot their mouth off they need Newsat more than Newsat need them because Newsat is in profit no matter what but the NBN (Conroy) has a big debt of BS timetables.
