It is fascinating to note that at least as far is WA is concerned the roll out is initially only to labor held seat areas. Common business sense would have been to roll out to wealthy suburbs first where households can afford the ridiculous charges for basic broadband. Perhaps this political NBN business model explains the low take up on the east coast, especially Tasmania.
