the government should have spent all this money on getting country residential up to city standards (ADSL) ,government buildings like schools, hospitals etc on fibre and CBDs - business and apartment buildings also on fibre
it would be finished now and then private enterprise could then concentrate on delivering fibre to the suburbs with thir own money
all we have is a big fat egalitarian nothing
