Sorry, I see no figures that show this can not all be done on reliable 10Mb with no quotas. Put some numbers on each item in the list and see what I mean. Most of the things you listed have been done on 56kbps low power satellite phone.

How often do you use 4 HD video channels simultaneously? It is only movies, and smart online video companies would spread their downloads over time. You can pick a video to watch tonight and download it during dinner while you simultaneously watch the news in HD. Then over night the company sends you three other related movies or your top 5 wanted list, or even the whole top 20 list each week. They would also want to minimise their peak bandwidths.
Anyhow, please just put some numbers next to anything on the list there and add it up to give me more bandwith requirement. Anything short of each family member simultaneously watching different HD on demand video can be done on 10Mb I think.
