NBN will only get around 6-8% ROI but as the Fed govt borrow this on world markets there will still be a small profit for NBN
This is a furphy. This ROI is based on an unreasonable assumption of user participation. There has been no substantial detailed business plan. So how can one come to a ROI conclusion? No business would sign off on a deal based on the lack of detail so far provided (a mere 4 pages of the total report).
