Businesses that need superfast bb already have it. As for tv over the internet - well, whoopee - don't know where you guys find the time. Legally acquired dvd's do it for me.
Early last year was involved setting up a disaster recovery centre in an outer Melbourne suburb and Telstra quoted around $35k to provide high speed fibre connections from 2 separate exchanges (needed 2 for maximum redundancy). This was a minor part of the overall project cost.
The future has already arrived - and as per usual, it turned up when no-one was looking.
