the vast majority of australians do not pay well over $200/month for internet access at speeds they dont need.
if you can afford it in the north shore, by all means get it - just as anyone else can chose to do if they want/need that sort of speed.
but to assert that you are an example of the norm rather than the exception is just plain wrong.
