Yeah me too been banging on for years already about wireless as the only technology for the future...I have become totally convinced most people in Australia can hardly work out how to feed themselves let alone comprehend something so simple as wireless V an in ground future.
They blah blah on about how hopeless it is already....and in some places it is..... BECAUSE it is designed to be hopeless in those places, it is not because it's best it can do or even close to the best it can do.....even at todays low level of applied wireless tech at the towers.
Into the future fixed line is dead irrespective of whether copper, glass or some alien designed composite given to us in friendship lol.
So Aussie oy oy stupid and dumb to consider spending any public money on anything but wireless infrastructure...the people have spoken already and this is what it is actually all about.
Telstra laughing all the way to the bank.
