My first read of the NBN report left me with the feeling it was all too neat.
I found it based on assumptions and filled with plenty of phrases like "economicaly viable" for the media to pick up on.
Cost of project ($38b) is still a pie in the sky figure after all, as are the time line projections.
After reading I found I had no faith in a $25mil report generated by a firm for an organisation which has 3 of that firms former employee's on its staff.
