Well, based on previous rallies, often once the sale side drops below 100 million, people start buying in anticipation of news. It leads to a buying frenzy and the remaining shares are being picked up quickly. This is because 100 million shares isn't that much for NWT and people don't want to miss out on a potential rally. THAT'S NOT TO SAY THAT IT WILL HAPPEN AGAIN THIS TIME.
However, I don't think you should expect too much after that if there is no news. There are so many shares of NWT floating around, it now takes a much bigger effort to move it anywhere higher than one tick.
