    TLS looking cheap.
    By the time Dept of No bb get away TLS will be running 50-100mpbs in the cities.

    They would be having a great laugh..

    On the other side Maybe the Dept of no BB did this on purpose to get TLS to pull its act together..

    Walk away save 5 bill for the next incentive??
