I bought in purely as a short-term bet ... that in hindsight has not worked out and I'll probably book a loss at some time in the future.
The income producing asset you refer to does not currently exist. It may or may not exist in 2 years if all goes to plan but what does very tangibly exist right now is the massive debt, dilution and warrants.
The market is figuring this out and re-rating the risk accordingly imo ...
