Notice Optus is doing it in Brisbane, why not QLD, or Mt ISA, because it is not cost effective.
Once the NBN is built it will be subsidised by Telstra, Optus etc, depending on their respective Market Share. You can go for the cream, but they are going to need to feed the cows to get it.
The new government will make sure of it.
