You might be able to make your own appointments on-line that will save you the cost of a phone call and about .001 seconds than could be achieved now.

I too have some severe medical issues that require monthly blood tests, nuclear medical scans and specialist consultations and I've had 3 major surgeries in the last 22 months and two other hospital admissions in that time and I can't imagine how this can be replaced by on-line consultations etc.

Maybe Julia and Steve can enlighten me........I'll even sign a 7 year non-disclosure agreement!
