All a bit smelly
Terry McCrann, the resident News Ltd grumpster, wasn't impressed: "The 36-page so-called "NBN Co Business Case Summary" was a complete joke. If it's at all an accurate indicator of what's in the 'full' Business Case, NBN Co CEO Mike Quigley and his irresponsible minister Stephen Conroy should both be sacked. For it would mean they are asking taxpayers to spend $36 billion ? going on who really knows what: $50 billion? $70 billion? ? on a bunch of platitudes, generalisations and broad, optimistic, and undisclosed, assumptions. And, also, pure nonsense. None purer or more nonsensical than the claim that DSLAMs would be turned into "content, service differentiation and value-added services over the NBN"."
