nc legal blunders

NC's legal team have made blunder after blunder. I am sure they would not agree to freeze the TOL without getting OK for it from NC "the genius". He is good with finding funding using his connections as a banker. But for all other matters that relate to public relations, to organizing construction and operations he exhibited only slow thinking and numbness.

How could he agree to freezing the TOL just because his lawyers have to go over an affidavit that was submitted in the same day? Is it not justified that the court will delay the session in such cases when an important piece of evidence suddenly appears? I am sure that this affidavit was a special trick contrived by SMSL to cause a delay. This is their tactics all the time. To delay everything as much as possible since they know that Lynas has limited time to start producing. But our genius NC doesn't get it. It did not penetrate his thick skull. He is nice and generous to this bunch of fanatics hoodlums called SMSL.

He and his lawyers do not understand that this 9 days TOL freezing is an important precedent. If Lynas does not object to freezing - thinks the judge, why not freeze it some more. Let's say another month or two...

As amazing as it is, Lynas could have prevented SMSL from appealing altogether. This is because SMSL had 30 days to appeal and they were well beyond the time limit for appeals. Preventing them from appealing would have settled the issue standing before the court today, a long time ago. SMSL were surprised that Lynas did not object to them appealing. At that time, some considered Lynas's consent as a cunning move that will burden SMSL with additional expenses and will slow their other activities. But a miracle happened. SMSL got enough funding for legal attack that outmaneuvered the dumb lawyers chosen by NC. From where they got the funding? perhaps the Chinese or the shorters or Mt. Kellet group who knows?. All of them are interested in slowing Lynas as much as possible. But NC could not guess it because he does not have enough brains to figure it up.

So, now we are stuck with this bad situation brought upon us by NC. The SP is plunging but it does not concern him. He got our investment a long time ago at the IPO and we can go to hell for all he cares.
