Exactly tototy: "I am sure that this affidavit was a special trick contrived by SMSL to cause a delay. This is their tactics all the time. To delay everything as much as possible".
And your other points about how the Lynas legal team was clearly out-pointed by their opposition sound pretty right to me. (I do wish we could get some informed comment on legal matters here!) Because the costs to both the Company's profitability and to its long- suffering LOYAL SHs are enormous and draining of the spirit as this TOL matter drags on and on....
