Well, someone has missed the facts.
As per my comment of 25/09:

What do we know to date:

(1)April 12 - Residents via SMSL loose High Court appeal against AELB for granting the TOL on Jan 30.

(2)August 28- Justice Mariana Yahya granted SMSL;
(a)A Judicial Review over the issuing of the TOL based on the need for a Detailed Environmental Impact Assessment (DEIA), and
(b)To challenge the decision of the minister for NOT revoking the TOL.

(3)September 10 - Residents via SMSL loose appeal in High Court against April 12 decision.

(4)Today - Justice Mariana Yahya 'Freezes' TOL until a hearing set for October 4.

The injunction is to hear 2 matters, as per (2) A&B above.
The AELB issue was dismissed by the Hight Court in KL not Kuantan, which is why they are are now asking the Kuantan High Court for a JR rather than the KL High Court.

My comment about the Lynas not arguing against an injunction stands, and I'm only referring to the current case in hand.

You may want to re-evaluate what you 'think' you know about this issue, as you have clearly missed the facts.
