NC is a VERY clever man in regard to business. he has been back and forth to Malaysia the last month - rarely at hoem here in Aus.
I see a positive form the IEAE - with the HIGh [possibility of some added requests= minor delays.
Beware of ramping!
Hope for UP UP with tight stop losses if a DELAY comes through. (Which is NOT a rejection). Even LYNAS MGt are preppared for that scenario.
